Applicable Terms: All bookings of orders however made by any individual, group, firms or company shall be subject to these terms and conditions.

Availability: All bookings are accepted subject to availability.

Formation of Contract: A contract is made upon acceptance of booking by SSR-i.

Class Recordings: No photographic, video or voice recordings of SSR-I courses or seminars, for either personal or commercial use, are permitted without express prior consent from SSR-i.

Booking & Payment

1. No bookings can be confirmed until the training contract has been duly signed and received by SSR-i.

2. All Invoices are payable within 14 days after the signature date on the Order or by the payment date stated on the order, in any case 2 weeks before course commences.

3. When booking and confirming a dedicated class at an SSR-i location or a client site the names of all attendees must be received by SSR-i 72 Hours before the start of the class. Failure to do so will result in the course being cancelled and no refund being issued.

4. Attendance on a course will be refused if full payment has not been received prior to the start of the course.

5. Goods for purchase will be dispatched/ made available only after payment in full has been received.

Law

The booking and contract shall be subject to English Law, and the contracting parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.

Rescheduling
1. Any rescheduling must be made prior to 20 working days of the course taking place.

2. Notification of any rescheduling must be made in writing and received by SSR-i within the designated period.

3. In the event of a customer rescheduling a booking within the designated period, the following charges will apply:

a. The first transfer will be made free of charge.
b. The second transfer will be charged at 50%, which must be paid prior to attendance.
c. Subsequent transfers will be treated as cancellation and the full course fee will remain payable.
d. Transfers made outside the designated period will be treated as cancellations.

Onsite Classes at Client Premises

Prices assume that the client will provide a suitable training venue with equipment fully installed/configured and presentation materials are available so that training may place. This will also include additional equipment which may be identified to the client from time to time.
Should you require SSR-i to set up the training venue we can arrange this for an additional charge.

Agreement

The order signatory is booking on his or her own individual account, or is an authorised signatory of the company, or organisation, booking the course or service. In either case the signature given will form a legally binding agreement with SSR-i.

Training Quality Assurance

Courses delivery provided by SSR-I will use Course Evaluations at the end of each course, as to measure appropriate satisfactory quality of training by SSR-I approved trainers.

The authorised training centre must provide SSR-I with the course evaluations no more than 14 days post course delivery. If the authorised training centre(s) fails to provide course evaluation sheets within this time frame then it will be deemed that the course delivery was satisfactory.

Any issues/complaints on course delivery must be provided in writing by the authorised training centre with full details of the nature of the complaint and must be sent to the registerd SSR-I postal address no later than 30 days post course delivery.

No payments/fees due to SSR-I by an authorised training centre will be withheld, regardless of nature of the payments/fees, due to a complaint being lodged.
